Terms of Service
Mobile

  • We will travel, on average, to areas 30 minutes from our base location.

    • Only on rare occasions will we accept bookings beyond that distance.

  • We only accept bookings where there is FREE and EASY ACCESS* parking.

    • This makes a majority of Seattle outside of our area of work.

    • Clients with Seattle homes that have driveways where we can safely and easily park and unload will be considered if in our area of service of 30-minutes or less as stated above. Apartments will rarely be accepted due to their limited parking and limited easy-access parking in the Seattle area.

    • *Easy Access means we are able to park directly in front of the area of service (not down the road, not across the parking lot in guest parking, and not having to pull up, unload, park, walk, and repeat for loading).

  • Due to traffic, we do not accept any bookings between 3pm and 7pm (Mon-Fri)

    • On rare occasions, if the client is close enough to a therapist where traffic will not be an issue for that time, they have the right to accept the booking, but the client cannot book that time themselves and it must be done by the therapist accepting the job.

    • If the client is at max distance and the drive is going to be badly enhanced by traffic, we may have to delay arrive upwards of thirty minutes with notice to the client.

  • Your therapist will arrive upwards of 20 minutes ahead of schedule to give themselves time to setup their gear, to ensure you have time for intake paperwork (if a new client) and to complete a verbal intake.

  • It will take them upwards of 10 to 15 minutes to clean their table, pack their gear and receive payment.

    • If you will be in a hurry to leave immediately after the massage, consider coming to the clinic instead.

  • Make sure that you have prepared enough room in your home for the table that the therapist can safely get around it and step back from it when working or needing to take specific stances to apply pressure.

    • We suggest a floor with a carpet or rug for stability and a lower slip risk when dismounting from the table.

  • For the safety of our therapists, all massages must be performed on the main level of the home unless the client or someone known to the client can help assist in taking the table to and from different levels of the home. While our therapists can carry their tables up a reasonable amount of entryway stairs, they are no longer permitted to carry their tables alone to different levels of the home or up apartment stairwells.

  • Speaking of intake forms, by law, every client must complete an intake form before their massage can starts.

    • Due to past clients trying to avoid finishing paper, we must strongly make this clear. Under Washington state law, it-is-the-law that paperwork must be done. How the client feels about paperwork or giving personal information does not overweigh the legal requirements of the therapist.

      • If a massage, for a legit reason, has to start late, a verbal intake can be done to gather the required information to hurry the process to get the client on the table, and the physical form can be completed at the end. However, due to time constraints, we will not naturally offer this.

  • If the client arrives late to your own mobile appointment, they will lose time on their massage and still be required to pay full price.

  • If the client running late, your LMT will only stay until the start time before leaving if they have not heard from their client.

    • In this instance, you may rebook for a future date, but will be charged a fee. Failure to pay this fee will result in a permanent ban from future services.

  • If the therapist is running late, the client will not be docked any time and the therapist will extend their massage time to fill the client's allotted time. If the client cannot stay beyond that allot time, the client will be given a discount to the cost.

  • If paying in cash, the exact amount is required.

    • For safety, our therapists do not carry change.
Our systems are also not designed to 'roll over' money to future massages.
If the client does not have the amount due in cash, the therapist will ask them to pay via another method. If the client cannot or refuses, the amount over the cost will be considered tip.
