Terms of Service


Appointment Arrival & Paperwork
In-Clinic: Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early for their first appointment to complete intake paperwork. If the door to the massage room inside the lobby is closed, clients should avoid knocking or opening it. Instead, they should take a seat in the lobby and wait until their therapist calls them in. If the door is open, clients may enter.

Mobile: The therapist will arrive up to 20 minutes early to set up equipment and handle intake paperwork. Clients should allow 10-15 minutes after the massage for the therapist to clean up, pack equipment, and process payment.
 

Intake Forms - Required by Law
Every client must complete an intake form before massage begins. This is Washington State law, not optional. In rare cases where timing is critical, a verbal intake can be done with the written form completed afterward, but this is offered at therapist discretion only.


Late Arrivals
Late arrival means lost massage time, with full payment still required. Clients running late should call or text 425-652-5646 immediately (leaving a message if the call isn't picked up). Therapists will wait a maximum of 15 minutes past start time without notice before leaving.

If the therapist runs late, the client will receive their full massage time. If the client cannot stay for the extended time, they will receive a discount on their session cost.

Clients needing to reschedule due to running behind may do so, but last-minute cancellations come with a fee.
 

Mobile Service Area & Requirements

The therapist will travel up to 30 minutes from the base location, with rare exceptions beyond this distance. Free and easy-access parking is required - this means parking directly in front of the client's location, not down the road or across a parking lot. Due to parking limitations, most Seattle locations are excluded. Bookings are not accepted Monday-Friday between 3pm-7pm due to traffic, with rare exceptions at therapist discretion. Traffic delays may cause arrivals up to 30 minutes late with advance notice.
 

Mobile Setup Requirements

Clients should prepare adequate space for the massage table with room for the therapist to move around comfortably. Carpet or rug is recommended for stability. Massage must be performed on the main level of the home unless the client or a family member can assist in carrying the table between floors. Therapists cannot carry tables up apartment stairwells or to different home levels alone.
 

Cancellation Policy
We understand life can be hectic - people get sick and important things come up. We try to have a fair cancellation policy, however, cancellations last minute can also hurt our business. Due to how we operate, our therapists do not stay at our office between jobs, which means when a job is cancelled last minute, they have already driven to the clinic or client's home. Not only has their time been wasted, we are unable to rebook the slot due to a lack of notice in a timely manner.
 

Cancellations with 24 hours notice incur no fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee (amount listed on intake form), with a higher fee being incurred if the cancellation is in the last hour before the allotted time. If the client reschedules within one week, a lower fee applies and can be paid at the next appointment or via a payment app.
Reasonable cancellations under 24 hours may be waived at the practice's discretion.

To cancel or reschedule, text/call 425-652-5646 and leave a message if we cannot answer. Do NOT use the number on your Picktime confirmation text - that goes to their automated system and does not reach us. Using the wrong number for cancellations may result in a no-show fee due to the fact that this is written in four separate locations across our site and booking site.

 

Repeated no-shows who do not contact the practice in a timely manner or abuse the system may be permanently banned from our clinic. Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in a permanent ban from our clinic.

Currently no deposit is required to book, but excessive cancellations may require future booking fees.

 

Payment

Cash payments must be exact amount - therapists do not carry change and cannot roll over excess to future appointments. If a client doesn't have exact cash, they may pay with card or accepted payment apps, otherwise excess will be considered gratuity.
