Terms of Service
In-Clinic

  • Under no circumstances should the client open the closed door to the massage room without being instructed to do so as the therapist could be with a client. The client may wait in the lobby until called if the door is shut. If open, the client may enter.

  • Clients should arrive no later than 15  minutes ahead of schedule to give themselves time to do their paperwork and discuss their needs with their therapists.

  • Speaking of intake forms, by law, every client must complete an intake form before their massage can starts.

    • It doesn't matter if you feel it's pointless or tiring. It-is-the-law. How you feel about paperwork does not overweigh the legal requirements of your therapist. We hate having to be this blunt, but it means we've had clients who try to forgo this requirement before starting.

    • If a massage, for a legit reason, has to start late, a verbal intake can be done to gather the required information to hurry the process to get the client on the table, and the physical form can be completed at the end. However, due to time constraints, we will not naturally offer this.

  • Failure to arrive timely will result in loss of massage time.

    • Arriving after the allotted time comes with the risk of loss of massage time. If time is lost due to a client's late arrive, the full cost of massage is still due.

  • If running late, text the front desk ASAP (425-652-5646)

    • The therapist will only stay upwards of 15 minutes passed the start time without notice.

  • If running behind by too much and the client wants to rebook, they may do so.

    • However, last minute cancellations come with a fee. Failure to pay this fee will result in a permanent ban from the company.

  • If your therapist is running late, the client will not be docked any time and the therapist will extend their massage time to fill the client's allotted time. If the client cannot stay beyond that allot time, the client will be given a discount to the cost.

  • If paying in cash, the exact amount is required.

    • For safety, our therapists do not carry change.
Our systems are also not designed to 'roll over' money to future massages. If client does not have exact amount due, the therapist will ask them to pay via another method. If the client cannot or refuses, the amount over the cost will be considered tip.
