Cancellations/Fees

Life throws curveballs and we understand they can get in the way of appointments.
However, some of those curveballs can also cause disruptions to your therapist if not notified timely.
 

• We require cancellations to be given with at least 24-hours notice.​​

  • Cancellations made prior to the 24-hour mark do not incur fees. ​
     

• Cancellations after 24-hours will incur fees of different amounts shown on your intake form.

  • If, during your cancellation, you reschedule within a week's time, you will be charged a lower fee that can be paid at your next appointment.​

  • At the discretion of After Life Massage, they will waive reasonable cancellations.

  • Failure to pay these fees will result in a permanent ban from the company.​
     

• At this time, After Life Massage does not require a deposit to book an appointment. However, should enough last minute cancellations or no-shows happen, an upfront booking-fee may become required.​​

  • This fee, however, would be deducted from cost owed at the time of service and/or refunded if the booking is cancelled prior to the 24-hour mark.​ Hopefully, it never comes to that. ☻
